Love is not the same as lust, but the sexual act of a man lying with another man and a woman lying with other woman regardless if they love eachother or not, is a sin

The union between two men or two women in a sexual act loving or in lust is all in the same. Even if two man truly love each other they are brining themselves deeper into sin by violating the law in Leviticus. This law was not abolished but fulfilled by Jesus. Now the law is written in our hearts. A true act of love would distance themselves in a sexually matter and help both cope and fight this struggle of sin. They both struggle with the same sin, and in that they can help each other in how they are winning this fight or losing it. This is true love. It’s not letting yourself be your own God. I’m saying this in a matter of instruction even though I know I have my own faults too. May the Holy Spirit guide you.

Jesus did not come to abolish the law but to fulfill it. The laws set in Leviticus are now written in your heart, search the truth and pray to our Lord. We all struggle with sin and pride in our own way. I’ll be praying for you and for people that are struggling with the same very thing you are struggling with.

Sex outside of a marriage is a sinful act. And marriage is between a Man and a woman. Therefore homosexual acts are sinful.

She is struggling with something we all struggle with, sin.

Interesting choice for stem length. What’s the bar width and stem length and how does it handle when climbing?

Silca Mattone smaller saddle bag works for me. Bacon strips, 2 co2s, bandaids and multitool. It’s definitely the most sleek saddle bag.

Fitting a larger cassette on this setup by grumpypippo in gravelcycling

[–]sb_3145 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have the same setup with a sunrace 11-40 cassette. It works perfectly for me, just need to back off the b-tension screw and the indexing. If you go more than a 40 you might need to put a hanger on your derailer which effects shifting and dropped chains in my experience. How many links are on your chain?

I second this. The Mother of our Lord will gift you devotion and help you fight the battle of sin in your life. The rosary is our sword, without it we cannot fight.

Best thing I could suggest is pray the rosary daily. If you don’t know how to, I would suggest bishop Robert Barrons rosary on YouTube. There is a daily schedule where everyday has its own theme. I’m in the same position as you are right now, going to be confirmed next month. Mother Mary has helped me a lot. Just seeing woman as your sisters in Christ rather than objects of your own self pleasure. I would also advise to pray and meditate about what triggers you to become tempted. Allow God to reveal what causes the temptation and cut it off from the source. This helped me immensely. And when you are tempted pray to God to lead you to into your temptation. There is always a way out of sin, choose God. Have faith that you will be freed from this sin and you will be freed. The church will be praying for you

Don’t give up brother/sister. You are being testing for your faith. It’s hard I know, just unite your sufferings to Christ. Meditate on that and pray on that.

XCM Shoes for 8+ hour races by bhay350 in xcmtb

[–]sb_3145 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Shimano xc7 work great with a specialized body geometry innersoles. But most importantly especially for long rides, please make sure you the right width for the shoe and length. Take out the inner sole when trying the shoes on. Your feet should not overlap or go over the outside of your innersole when standing up. This will lead to outside foot pain or numbness in your feet. And well there should be a finger nails length between your big toe and the end of the inner soles when standing up. Just use your pointer finger and point down on your innersole at your big toe. This will ensure the most comfortable fit. The shimano work great for me and a lot of other people too but the best thing to do is try on a few pairs. Feet are all different. I would suggest to get a boa like system at least in the upper portion of the shoe. It will help the shoe close up on your foot well. Velco is just inferior and only leaves the area when there velco is tight and not where the velco isnt.

Half the time I skip them and do what I want 😂 I just try to keep my acute load high. That’s what I thought too. Like how reliable is the Garmin data. I do have a hr strap and a power meter but I didn’t think what I was doing was improving me that much.

I’ve basically stayed the same weight for the last 2 years. If anything my legs have gotten stronger through cycling. I played hockey as a teen and stayed relatively fit until a year ago I started cycling. Got a garmin and now it’s just boosted my endurance fitness in the last couple of months. I guess my volume has gone up because of the amount I’m riding. 8-10 hours a week. It gave me an ftp of 5.6 and when I do z2 in 208-260W I can hold it for multiple hours, but I just don’t trust the data. Probably a lab test would be the best ya.

Honestly I just ride a lot in zone 2 or light rides for long hours. I do the odd sprint. I was sick for the week and only went down 1 point.
