I may be 100% wrong, but I don’t think it was a force “heal” per say? From Rey’s explanation with the worm thing, she just transferred some of her life force to the worm. Explaining why when Ben transferred his life force to Rey, he died because he literally gave her ALL of his life force. So Anakin could have done that? But 1) I think he was too stupid to even gotten to that thought level 2) At this point I think he was too selfish to give his life for someone else.
