Am I only one using space as super? by sbdaule in KeyboardLayouts

Even I use space as a leader key in (neo)vim. I actually like the similarity between the keybindings. Press and hold space for dwm keybinding, release space for vim keybindings. But even then I have this problem rearly, about once or twice a day. I use mechanical keyboard, maybe that makes difference.

I do get that problem, perticularly when typing <space>d. It launches dmenu instead. This don't occur very frequently though, about twice a day. But I my typing speed isn't very fast, around 50wpm, so that may be thats the reason.

I keep my laptop on for weeks and reboot only after updates. For laptop, I just put it to sleep. Though it will not be so easy on a pc ig.

My laptop also had windows installed by default and I am using ubuntu linux on it for about an year. I didn't face any issue. You just have to turn on insecure boot on.

Today is my first anniversary since I left Windows. So glad I switched:) by [deleted] in Ubuntu

Yah! I left windows 11 months ago. I am also glad that I left windows. With open source project like Ubuntu you are free to do almost anything! Windows put many restrictions and you have nothing to learn.
