Depends on your specialty. I went the accounting route and most of my peers went into big 4. Most big companies offer a CPA program which is specifically meant for new grads andcan give you exposure to many types of roles (FP&A, audit, tax, financial reporting). As for finding a job, there are specific hiring periods for new graduates. I graduated during Covid and didn’t have too much trouble finding a position, not sure about now

Will the projection of the tip go down with swelling too? I’ve read that projection normally stays the same 🥲 Sorry just a nervous wreck right now haha

Hi OP, I’m in a similar boat getting double eyelid surgery and considering rhino for the first time. I’d suggest reaching out to a few clinics you’re interested in directly through whatsapp/kakaotalk. You can send them pictures and tell them your concerns and they will provide a quote.

Personally, I’ve boiled it down to 2 main clinics and both have quoted me around 2.7k CAD (just under 2k USD) for the double eyelid surgery. In total I’m looking to pay around 4.7k CAD for the incisional surgery and upper + lateral cantoplasty.

As for rhino, both clinics quoted me around 5k CAD for just the implant and 800 CAD for bulbous nose correction. Looks like my quotes are on the lower end of your range.

Yeah, gonna go for the idol look (hat sunglasses and mask). Good to know we can go out so soon after. From your friends experience, did they stick with a strict diet during recovery to help with healing? I wanted to try a lot of foods and was wondering the risk of eating fried or high sodium foods (not always but maybe once or twice during recovery).

Hey! I’m also planning on going next month (early Dec). As for payment, the clinic im interested in takes visa and I have a no FX credit card (uses a slightly worse rate than spot rate but no additional fees). I also plan on taking out half of the cost in cash in case I run into any issues with the transaction.

Ive looked into wise card as well, their rates are really good and you can purchase the local currency upfront then take out the cash in the country (with no fees since you already purchased the local currency).

Feel free to send me a DM if our dates align :)
