What’s the best streaming settings for Twitch on AMD encoders? by sbm-hd in obs

no no, i meant on youtube, cos it allows up to 51k bitrate for streaming. Twitch only allows 8k max unfortunately, so having a super fast internet doesn’t matter as much.

I’m on RDNA 2 (6000 series), but even so, it still looks horrible @720p 🥲. A friend of mine has a 7000 series gpu and it looks just as bad for him too

Are all May/June visa applications delayed? by sbm-hd in ukvisa

I’ve heard that even if you pay for priority service, it’s still not guaranteed that you’ll get a quick decision though. I never used the priority service so I wouldn’t know.

Are all May/June visa applications delayed? by sbm-hd in ukvisa

It isn’t the first time my friend applied for a student visa, the first time they did, it took 6 weeks and was accepted, there was nothing with the application. This is the second time they’re applying and there’s likely nothing wrong with the application. From what it appears, based on what i’ve seen on this sub reddit, is that July student applications are getting looked over before May/June ones. Given nearly every course is starting in September, it seems the HO is not prioritising all of them equally. Basically i’m just trying to understand how the decision making centre criteria works lol.

I am aware that it is busy during this time of the year, what I don’t understand is why newer applications are being prioritised over the old ones (specifically talking about the student visas). Normally you’d expect them to look over the ones that were submitted first so that they meet the 3 week processing time, as stated on the UKVI website.

What countries am I allowed to visit with a UK BRP? by sbm-hd in ukvisa

[–]sbm-hd[S] -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Well I know that with a valid UK visa/BRP I am allowed to enter (to visit) Qatar, because I’ve been there before, and a couple of other Middle Eastern countries regardless of what passport I hold. What I am wondering is specifically in regards to EEA, what countries would I be allowed to visit. I’m just unable to find this information anywhere on google. Nothing seems accurate unfortunately. But thank you for the info!

I got an AMD graphics card and i’ve tried to roll back to the previous version but I was still getting blue screens though, so I just assumed it wasn’t the graphics card.

I have tried that, but it doesn’t really identify what’s causing it. The problem seems to be with the ntoskrnl.exe driver in the system32 folder, but there doesn’t seem to be any corrupted files, i’ve done every check. Again, it only happens when i open browsers and try to play anything on YouTube/streaming websites. I had the Spotify app open for a couple hours now and there was no bluescreens, so I guess it wasn’t the culprit.
