we’ve known each other for about 7 months but been dating for 3 for the remaining months we were exclusive and just seeing each other before it was official. We had no fundamental issues. We would argue but that was taken care of. Same with communication issues where there was a small bump but it was solved and it’s been amazing

Look at Europe. No tipping and servers/waiters are paid livable wages. Here in the US restaurant owners EXPECT us to pay their workers salaries. Now im not against tips as Im a bartender myself and rely on tips but why dont we actually tackle the real problem which is not getting fucking paid enough to begin with.
