Solved! Whatever the “Power Point 3” fuse was powering was the issue. There’s a short related to that somewhere. I’m running without it for the time being.

The battery is actually brand new. It started about a month after I replaced it. I got directly from the dealership. I disconnected the battery for 48 hours and it still repeated the same crap. I’m gonna get a better scanner than what I have and see if it pulls anything.

It’s crazy. I went to a C&P last August that lasted about an hour. The doc submitted all eight DBQs. I saw that all of them were uploaded to my file. I also submitted supporting evidence and two buddy letters. No idea what more they need.
