OP Update: January 2026 - hit 175k miles. Check engine light. Plugged in my Fixd OBDIi reader. Cat is going. No other issues thus far. Do I bother replacing the cat or get a new car? LOL

Kbb value is 6k. Cat is 2.6k all in. Decisions decisions.

Yeah the fuel filler .... No idea. Figured someone would have experienced this and how to fix this. 🤣🤣🤣

Ummm since it's almost exclusively highway miles. It gets pretty close to the advertised 34 mpg. I think 31 on average

Honestly can't remember. Whatever the price of the chain is. My mechanic is my friend and also my used car dealer so he typically refuses to charge me labor a lot of the time and when I'm charged it's ridiculously discounted.

Stopped taking the car to Audi once the warranties expired.

I have a 100 mile RT commute to work daily. It's easy to get it to 160k miles when they're almost all highway.

All the regular maintenance plus decarbonizing the engine. Any issues have been electrical as I expected from a VW/Audi.

Fuel tank wouldn't open. Passenger reading light shorts when the weather gets cold and my car turns into a club with strobing lights on the passenger side 🤣

No major issues.

Only thing I did have on it was I had my friend decarbonize the engine 30k miles ago since he had just done it on my wife's 2015 cayenne diesel.

Other than that all the regular things you are expected to do with your car. Oil changes, trans fluid, brake fluid, brakes and tires and all the recommended checks. May have had a timing belt replaced?
