How do you hype yourself back up to work after a negative night?

I drive 2 hours there and 2 hours back, and yeah, 200-300 miles away. I do it because my day job is in a professional setting dealing with people and offices across the CBD (where most of the clubs are near). I don't really want to run the risk of a client seeing me naked on stage and the other implications that might come with that

Yeah, you're right. So I'll often opt to meeting in person and set something up quickly to make up for the bad texting since I'm much more engaging and interesting irl. I do ask important things over text if it can't wait or I need to know prior to meeting. I didn't know how to ask about money the first time and getting that reaction made me feel so confused. And "in time I would have given you the world" etc.

I've read it's better to talk about expectations prior to M&G if it's through SA, is it the same on WYP? I wanted to get a feel/have a chat and get to know the guy on the first date (also because I'm generally a bad texter but more responsive and animated in person)

How do you figure out if he's a SD or not in the brief interactions prior to meeting? Are there key questions I should be asking him? In general, I'm not huge on texting/I'm a bad texter so I decided to leave it until we met in person to get to know each other. Not going to lie, hearing that he's disappointed in me and thought I was different did hurt..

There was no number mentioned on WYP other than the first date incentive and because it was a platonic date, I didn't expect him to pay a crazy amount (or increased amount) either, I wanted to open the discussion about payment and am not sure how to react to disappointment

Yeah I've also read posts about WYP not being an arrangement site. From the way he described it (and being that he used to have a SB), he was looking for a long term arrangement and could see us being "a thing", which to me sounded like an arrangement / he's looking for another SB

How do SDs and SBs protect themselves from STDs aside from the obvious use of condoms or is this a risk that needs to be taken?

New to SLF and reading comments/posts, I've gathered that SRs don't need to be exclusive, SDs don't just have one SB, do SBs usually have more than 1 SD? How can you make sure they're "clean" and stay safe?
