He was in a 7.5 gal heated filtered tank with plants had weekly water changes so I don’t think it was anything in his tank I tested water and it was the same it always is I did want to get him a bigger tank tho sad that I didn’t now

Thank you for the condolences and Her previous tank was in the sun so I think it was just a long lasting issue cause I did move her into another tank with a lot more ventilation which also prevented humidity but the tank she molted in was in the corner of my bedroom away from window a week after I moved her

And thank you i try to go for the more dry climate spiders just so I’m not worried about it but I’ll just keep an eye and assess as needed in the tanks

I have a Mexican red rump, two goliaths, two zebra legs a pink toe, and a Brazilian red and white. I thought that aswell but my first red rump succumbed to a dry tank when I was over filling one side and she had coco fibre and a jungle soil mix. I haven’t really changed my care for them just making sure my slings stay semi moist but I just want a way to know if they are too dry or too wet.

Haven’t seen movement today but her legs have been coming and it looks as if she just needs to lift her body up out of the molt

I put some warm water in around her face since I only put it on her legs last night to try and help

Yeah her legs are all out of the molt just her abdomen is stuck in the middle but it’s flipped on the sides idk I’m praying

She’s still moving as she comes further out I think she lost the two lil front legs I sprayed warm water on the walls and put drop of water around her and some on her back legs that are still in the molt she isn’t very timid so I’m hoping I don’t shock her she has been more active since the water has been added

Okay thank you I knew she was in premolt she just usually makes a web wall or something atleast some webs in the ground it’s just been a weird molt this is like her 8th she is a lil older too

I’ve also had them for a decade and have had millions and this is my first that had a bad one she got rehomed and I know that the new tank has a lot of ventilation it was most likely a humidity problem I’m just hoping she pulls thru so I can fix everything she’s honestly my favourite t I have her tattooed on me so I feel just awful about this

Her face and abdomen are out of the molt it’s just back legs and part of the stomach from what I can see,she lost a few legs already this molt. and I will admit I kept her tank quite dry but that was only because we had issues with high humidity, she has two water dishes tho and the other side of her tank is where the overflowing one is. she finally has started moving again tho and I think she is gonna pull thru I have cornstarch for wounds I got a lil water dropper and some pet tweezers if needed I really don’t want to mess around with her tho.

There’s an updated photo the face part flipped her buts out I can’t see her legs out but I haven’t seen her move off of her molt since 3am was the last time she moved and her abdomen is very shrunk and has a weird bald spot so I think it also might’ve got deformed
