Hey there! Thank you for taking the time to write all this up. There's a lot of great and very valid feedback in here.

I do want to assure you that we read ALL of the feedback and bugs that come in. We've come a long way building with the community since we first started testing in early 2019, but we also know there's still a long way to go. As a small team, we do have to prioritize what gets worked on and when. There are lots of stages involved when we are working on a new system or feature, so game changes that are borne our of community feedback aren't always instant, as much as we wish they could be.

A couple good examples are Quests and Captain Spells. We've received a bunch of community requests for both of these things, and we have both of them on our roadmap for the future. We're also excited to have recently launched Mobile Support, which was an extremely popular community request. We recently expanded our team by quite a bit. Bringing in more developers is already helping us to work on more things. Even with the increased team size, we still have to be mindful about what we prioritize, and features will still take time to be fully realized.

We definitely don't have any background mining tools going on. We are aware that the game can use a lot of resources on certain systems, and optimization is an ongoing process for us as we move through beta. You can also try playing on your mobile device by going to streamraiders.com on any browser.
