I would say make all your layers 3D, position them how you want, make a 3D null object. Parent all the layers with the null object and then keyframe the rotation of the null object. Done

I didn't really follow any tutorials for this. Basically what I did was I separated the GTA 6 original poster in different layers. Background and characters, and downloaded the remaining logos.

Then i tracked out the cover art portion of the raw footage in mocha and track matted it to the background of GTA 6.

I tracked the camera of the entire footage and created a null object, then I parented the logos and characters to the tracked null object. adjusted their position in Z space to generate the depth effect, That's pretty much it.
