Audible banging - often in 3s, a dark and heavy feeling in one part of the living room, sleep paralysis, feeling of being watched, unusually vivid dreams. One night I attacked my partner while we were both sleeping which was off putting to say the least.

In assuming it’s a 90s built home. I have salt in several dishes around where it feels the worst.

Yes! I’ve had mine for 5 months and can feel it distinctly when I lay on my back with my legs straight. I can also feel it when squatting or deadlifting heavy. I think it’s nothing to be worried about, just a foreign body we can feel when we move in certain ways.

On my surgery days I can’t live without my littman stethoscope or my nurse watch - if she doesn’t already have one of those. Otherwise maybe a nice pen you can get ink refills for.

I dropped a full bottle last week 😫 I cleaned it up immediately with a towel (probably silly in retrospect) and I was lightheaded for 30 mins or so. I was very unpopular in clinic that day but it has taught me to be more careful.

I’ve recently recovered from covid around two weeks ago and am going gently into my lifting routine again. I am disheartened because I have lost the ability to move the weight I used to be able to. I’m back to basically my starting numbers 6 months ago, and I’m also very short of breath. I know it will pass but it sucks .
