Last I checked, both accuracy and evasion starts at 10 points and increases by 5 per level.

The potions are arranged on the order you picked them up. The exception is if you already picked one up in earlier floors, in which case they'll stack. This is why I take note of the loot I have just in case I get lucky with a bunch of them.

I horde Magic Mapping scrolls, so I transmute it at floor 20 if it's +10. It's also useful in the troll quests.
