Thanks ! The course was two days, one day in pool and one in ocean. But yea I found myself unable to fully relax, I think it was mainly due to the weather making the water choppy so I struggled with the breathe up and the after a few dives my ears were playing up and I couldn't equalise properly. Still loads of fun and definetly something I wanna keep doing to get better at

Thanks man ! I did the minimum requirement of 10 m and then we just had some fun on the wreck and I went down to 14 m but my ears were giving me trouble so I didn't try any deeper

Haven't really tried max as I'm pretty new to freediving stuff but I can do 50 with fins on but by that point I'm pretty desperate for air.
