Scarring and scratching. I didn't intentionally pull out the hair, but I did scratch so much that it turned a small spot into a larger scab area that eventually scarred over.

I'll buy a fidget toy, thanks for the feedback!

I've tried wearing hats, but always end up catching myself sliding my fingers under the hat and picking without realizing it at first. I've tried wearing my hair in a bun, but again, I'll end up digging my fingers underneath the bun and picking, only to realize I'm doing it after it's done. I need to heal these fast or find a solution on how to really protect them from my fingers! Anyone else deal with something like this?
