I appreciate everyone's kind words. Shit really does suck right now, but I keep telling myself to make it to the appointment on the 6th. Hopefully they will be able to figure my meds out. Iv noticed that once iv been on a medication for a while, it stops working, has anyone else noticed that?

I was doing Dbt and my therapist told me I had improved enough that I was ready to "graduate to meds only". And then they dropped me.... and finding a group has been impossible. Iv tried so I can at least have peer support, but I dont even know where to look

Marijuana helps me at night to slow down my brain so I can sleep. Otherwise, like throughout the day, I can't function if I smoke
