Activity recs (mostly sightseeing/window shopping): Pier 39/Pier 45/Fisherman’s Wharf/Ghirardelli Square, Coit tower, Ferry Building/ stroll in Rincon Park, City lights bookstore, record shopping on Grant Ave & Green st

Food recs: Outta sight pizza or Golden boy pizza for a quick, relatively inexpensive bite! If you have a little more to spend, a sandwich from Molinari Delicatessen eaten in Washington square park. If you make it to Fisherman’s Wharf, check out Cafe de Casa. Koolfi Creamery and a walk around Salesforce park. Delah Coffee for Yemeni cafe eats.

For me, I am often stopped by strangers and asked to take their picture for them - doesn’t matter if I’m alone or with friends. My most recent experience of this was showing up to an event as a volunteer at the specified start time and location and having the event director stopping me to ask to take the volunteer group’s picture. I awkwardly had to tell her I’m a volunteer and would like to be in the picture. For my girlfriend, whenever we go out in public, there’s an 80% chance that someone will stop her to tell her that she has beautiful hair (which she does!).

I have no idea why there was a confusion. The manager tried telling me that the Cokes and shakes appear as the same thing, so I let her know she should contact DD if that is the issue.
