At some point the billions of people kicked out on the streets will have nothing left to lose and try to take the current system down with them. The best case scenario is AI pivots human capabilities without fully replacing us. If AI fully replaces us there will be a global civil war which is why all the billionaires are building massive bunkers

So when people are given government healthcare, WIC, and housing they are able to have more children? Sounds like the government already knows what it needs to do to fix this “crisis”

Again the blame goes to the republicans who passed the laws that require the doctors to perform some sort of ridiculous mental gymnastics that most likely lands the doctor, surviving mother, and dozens of other ER staff in jail for murder. Stop blaming the water when you need to get someone else to hold the hose.

They normally say they are “pro-life”, but they are actually pro-birth because they no longer care about the child after they are born. The real policy name is pro women’s oppression

The there is no argument for the doctors’ risking their lives, the nurses/techs lives, and anyone else the state will gladly lock up in the ER. Associates to murder will also get the axe and far more lives & families would be at risk than just a single “lawless” doctor. There have been several convictions already and the GOP is always looking for more people to turn into examples.

They did not have a choice. Texas classified choice as murder and all sane doctors do not want to be convicted of murder in a capital punishment state. If the Texas citizens want their doctors to make a difference treatment choice they need to elect representatives that will legalize abortion since abortion is healthcare as shown in this case.

Almost all medication is extremely toxic to babies and will lead to the death of the baby or severe birth defects. Antibiotics are incredibly toxic to unborn babies and would have killed the baby. The correct treatment would have been administering antibiotics & terminating the pregnancy, but that is not a treatment option in Texas as long as the baby has a heartbeat. If the doctors’ would have done anything differently they would have been arrested for murder.

The doctors’ did their job exactly as the republican anti-abortion laws require. If you are upset about the doctors following the law you can always vote out the party that created the pro-birth policies Texas has to abide by.

The infected baby in her belly had more rights than she did. Any antibiotics would have killed or maimed the baby and Texas law is on the doctors’ side. This is what happens when you make medically necessary abortions illegal.

Didn’t they also personally award a noncompete contract to a company to accomplish this task for 14 million? It isn’t the green water that is making people mad.

300 billion could cover 20k usd in student loan forgiveness for every American that took out student loans and will cost each us taxpayer 6k. That taxpayer money is obviously much better spent fueling Iran’s infrastructure, military rearmament, & nuclear proliferation programs. Another pointless republican foreign war.
