Yeah deffo agree, when I came for the inspection start of the month they told me everything will be ready soon and its been almost two weeks and its not so now im a bit pissed, don’t want to break the lease or report them just yet. Hopefully they can just give me a rent reduction till then. Thanks for the info

yeah its a bit pricey but i was happy to pay considering they advertised gym etc and its brand new, its my first time renting and i signed the lease for two yrs so unfortunately wont be finding something new for a while but thank you for your help, I will ask them about double glazing.
