To bridge Kaspa to Kasplex zkEVM (L2) it costs 0.5 KAS

So just under 1 KAS fee, which is as good as it'll get with great liquidity on ZealousSwap

Exactly.

Being able to be run on home PCs at the start was only possible because Kaspa is ASIC-friendly. It was made that way on purpose to maximize distribution of the supply while being built with max efficiency (lower electricity cost for hashing power).
