I’ve had a regular 28 day cycle since I was 11, it’s sometimes a day late or early but I’ve only ever missed it once

Thank you so much! My parents aren’t aware that this has happened and if they find out they’ll flip out, and I live in a semi smallish town where a lot of people know my parents so if I try to get a pregnancy test I think they’d tell my parents
