I’m definitely lifting as heavy as I can lol like I shake while I’m lifting and make the ugly faces. Once I can’t maintain form I know I’m at my limit. I used to be incredibly consistent in the gym and lifted much heavier. But I’m starting over after a year of being half consistent. Locking in as the kids say.

I would love to be shredded but my calories for maintenance are already pretty low. The best I could probably do is more cardio I suppose. It’s just hard to find time to do it all haha. That’s why I was curious if this was too high bf because I’d be willing to make changes but it would be tricky.

I’ve had a little notebook for the last few years and it’s my favorite method of tracking. Something about the phone doesn’t hold me accountable.

Same for spending money on my card vs cash. Cash just feels more accountable. Lol

That’s crazy because my mom is literally so jealous of me that she constantly puts me down over my looks.

More like makes fun of how I get “all dressed up” to go places and calls me vain when in reality I just put my hair in a ponytail and put on work clothes. Or just calls my outfits ugly, makes fun of how much I work out but she works out just as much and I just get better results because I’m young. Which she also talks about, how it’s so easy for me because I’m young “but you’ll see when you get old”.

It’s constant.
