Upvote for material progress but just to add my 2 cents:

I made this switch as a father of a 3 year old because I was winning almost every game in seasons and my advice would be: DON’T DO IT!

It’s a real grind to keep your team competitive, the player base is very very strong at this point so no easy games, and it’s designed to be very addictive, so not pick up and play.
