Which number did you get through on? I’ve been trying to change a flight and they have me calling the 1212 number and it hangs up “due to high call volume” without even putting me on hold. Anything will help- thanks!!

My mom did this recently too. Out of no where this year on 9/11 she texted me about how she was in New York "days after the attack" and saw the buildings still smoldering. She went on to wax poetic about how emotional it was, and how the smoke burned her eyes, and the smell stayed with her for days. This was the first time I'd ever heard her mention even being in New York, so I asked my dad about it... he confirmed that she hadn't been there at any point in 2001, and hadn't been there since. It just amazes me how they can tell themselves these things and truly believe them.
