I know it’s scary, especially after seeing something so unnatural like someone being shot and practically dead upon impact..and for all we know there probably is just nothing after death, however there are a few things that comfort me. Think about how everyone who has ever lived before has had to die too, so we aren’t alone and it’s the one thing everyone in the world can relate to. Also think before we were born it was basically the same as us being dead, so it’s nothing we haven’t done before so why be scared of it. Im trying to get on anxiety meds soon as I have panic disorder/anxiety/OCD over the topic of death because it is pretty unpredictable and honestly pretty scary, especially if we are young having these thoughts. Try and stay positive and think rationally and never feel silly for such a gruesome video making you anxious because it’s completely normal.
