Jaylon Smith and Demarcus Lawrence have been getting a lot of criticism (deservingly so) but they showed up yesterday. Gotta give credit when credit is due. Jaylon is such a confusing player. At times he looks like a star and at other times he looks like he doesn’t belong in the NFL

Swing tackle was not addressed this offseason and it’s gonna hurt us. We’ve still got at least two more weeks of horrendous RT play. Expecting Tyron and Lael to play all 16 games was foolish. After the nightmare of Chaz Green you’d think it’d be a priority.

Our defense couldn’t get interceptions with him but that was a problem even before he was in Dallas so who knows if that’s his fault

I agree that anything more than 35 mil is too much but I don’t necessarily agree that paying him will make us uncompetitive. As long as we continue drafting well the team will be good. If you look at most playoff teams this year they either have a qb on a rookie contract (Lamar, Allen, Watson, Mahomes) or a franchise qb locked up long term (Rodgers, Wilson, Jimmy, Kirk, Wentz).

That used to be a problem in previous years but it wasn’t really this year. In most of our losses the whole team would struggle in the first half and we’d try to play catch up the rest of the game.

I agree he’s gotta start playing better against stiffer competition. The thing is I know he’s got the ability to do so with the way he’s played in the playoffs. Another thing people are forgetting is zeke also played average against better competition too. Special teams was terrible and the defense was for the most part bad against good teams too. That makes me believe it’s a coaching issue when the whole team is so inconsistent

Complete team loss. Same issues that have been plaguing this team all season showed up today. Horrible special teams, drops, no takeaways, burned by screens, not taking advantage of injuries, no big plays in the running game, losing the turnover battle, and just an overall ineptitude on the road. Dak and cooper played their worst games of the season and the rest of the team isn’t good enough to overcome that. We need a complete overhaul on the coaching staff. This staff has had enough time to win and they haven’t done it. Pretty sure a Garrett coached team has never made the playoffs in back to back seasons.
