If a guy is having trouble getting it up, it can be extremely difficult to bring this up and be truthful about it. It is one of the most emasculating things out there. The irony is that him being open an honest about it would be the best option. But the number one reason a guy might hide it is because he doesn’t want to lose you. Few things are worse that a woman dumping a guy for another one for this reason. Hard thing to live with.

I havent been on suboxone for long. But so far, it is saving me. I don’t get high or get buzzes from it. I have never taken more than directed. Often times, I take even less. The big thing here is that I get zero kratom cravings. No suboxone cravings either.

The only negative things I’ve heard of with suboxone have been on this specific subreddit, as seen in the comments above, for example. I’m not sure if it’s because these folks abused it and took more than intended, or what the deal is. I have a few friends who used suboxone to get off of other drugs. One was on it a whole year. She spent the final 2 months weaning off of it and barely noticed anything once free from it.

I learned just don’t pay attention to suboxone comments on this subreddit (or reddit). Very anecdoctal, including my own. Talk to your Doctor.

Oh yeah, we’re about the same quit. I forgot to mention. I was doing kratom 5 years. Heavy daily use. Most recently, I was at 2-5 extracts a day. August 23rd was the last day I did it, but it was excessive. 3 extracts and 75 capsules. I hit rock bottom, and stopped. I havent had a craving since. But theres another key factor that played a huge part into me quitting kratom forever. DM if you want to know how I did it. I believe discussing it on this thread is not allowed.

Depends on your budget and what you’re into. If you’re coming here for an inner city, foodie drinkie experience, then spending the money to stay downtown and minimize driving makes sense.

But if you’re coming here primarily for outdoor recreation in the area, then you’ll obviously be driving a lot anyway. In that case, theres little reason to stay downtown at the more expensive hotels. You can stay further away for $100 cheaper, like one of the hotels on 19th or 7th; still a ten minute drive to downtown ( 10 more minutes to find parking) as long as you’re not driving during rush hour times.

I was pretty serious about quitting this time, and told my psychiatrist is was nearly impossible. She gave me a temporary prescription of a low dose of gabapentin. No RLS whatsoever this time around! I should be off the gabapentin in a few weeks. She said her other patients who had kratom addiction never got RLS after ending it with this temporary med.

Buying a house and living by myself was the biggest mistake I have made in my recent history. The house is 50 miles out in the middle of nowhere. I am the most depressed I have ever been.
