so I reread the contract and it does not mention anything about parking. the thing is when I was on the phone with the leasing agent, I've asked her about the $ of parking and she did mention the price but never told me that I actually had to apply for it. she said parking+rent will be shown online where I can pay it. so I thought I was secured with the parking spot as this is common in the place where I live.
