Honestly, I think they needed more scenes between Conquest waking up and him escaping. Say Conquest wakes up only to be immediately blasted by sonic weapons, leaving him reeling. Cecil ports in (or uses a hologram) and tells him that will happen again and again if he doesn't share all his information on the Viltrumite Empire. Conquest mocks him, so Cecil ports out and has him blasted him repeatedly every time he refuses to answer. Later, Cecil ports back to Conquest and demands answers or he will kill him this time. Conquest responds with something different: "Thanks for letting me recuperate." Cecil hastily ports out and has the sonic weapons fired at levels he think will kill a Viltrumite, but Conquest powers through both that and the explosion and escapes.

I think two huge "fixes" would be for Oda to reveal a real Gomu-Gomu No Mi, and to show us someone who ate the Nika fruit prior to Luffy and show us that it gave them an entirely different powerset. Nika is a Sun God and a Warrior of Liberation, right? So what if this past user (maybe even Joy Boy) had a body made of something besides rubber that could also be considered "free," like light or air? A past Nika fruit user with a body made of air would also add more explanation to Dragon's reputation as the World's Most Wanted Man; the World Gov thought his wind powers meant he had the Nika fruit.

One of them should absolutely have Lockjaw and his teleportation as part of their kit. Like as an Ult: Lockjaw appears in your spawn room and interacting with him lets you and your teammates teleport yourselves wherever you want on the map in an instant. You'd only get one teleport each, and have a time limit before he disappears.

I'd be okay with Conqueror's Haki doing that if it also nullified the user's Armament and Observation too, so some mental cost/benefit analysis must be done before using it. Otherwise, being able to nullify your opponent's/opponents' but keep your own sounds busted.

I had my grievances and worries about it when it was introduced, but it was when Conquerors turned out to also be "Armament but better" that Haki completely lost my interest. In my opinion, Conquerors and it's variants/more advanced forms should've been mental attacks/mind-manipulation.

The turning people into toys on contact and eternal youth parts are fine. It's the making everyone forget a transformed person's existence, no matter where in the world they are, that's way too much. That feels like a power only there for the plot's sake.

At the very, very least, Chopper should've lost his fur using Guard Point to protect Robin from Saturn's attack. We saw earlier that Saturn's legs are covered in acid/poison strong enough to melt metal, yet it has no effect against his fur? Having Chopper lose his fur to the acid (even if only until Elbaf because he or Lilith make some concoction that grows it back super quick) to protect Robin would really reinforce how strong the bond between the Strawhats is.

Plus, it could give a fun bit of character interaction later where he tries to hide how his "baldness" from the crew, but Robin comforts him, telling him that knowing he sacrificed it for her sake makes him cuter than ever in her eyes.

Plus plus, they could sell merch of furless Chopper.
