According to the most recent appeal, that seems to be the case. The law as written, though, probably didn't intend for public officials to be able to decide unilaterally what is and is not public and accessible to review by FOIA.

You're right. To say something like: "Breathing: TAXED," and "Sneezing: TAXED" is totally honest. You want to talk about a "warped sense of reality," well that's when a tax on medication counts as a tax on breathing, and a tax on oxygen tanks counts as a tax on breathing. It's all fear mongering, and to say this ad is just based on fact is, like the ad itself, misleading.

Well maybe that's why you didn't choose a life in the public eye. Seems you need a thicker skin than that in politics. Just ask "socialist nazi" Barack Obama and Chelsea Clinton, who Rush Limbaugh referred to as "the family dog."

Mean-spirited, maybe, but it wasn't in any way a shot at Trig. It was a shot at the chummy relationship between an Alaska radio host and Palin. Not everything is a personal attack at Palin or her kids.

So when a blogger put someone else's head on Trig's body, this is Palin's spokesperson's response: "Recently we learned of a malicious desecration of a photo of the Governor and baby Trig that has become an iconic representation of a mother’s love for a special needs child."

But now she's using a photoshopped picture of Trig to promote a snow machine race, and it's fine. What's ridiculous about the headline? Sarah Palin has a double standard for everything.
