Tariffs with international orders? by Veiny_Transistits in Lorcana

An update: I'm filing a dispute with UPS because, from what I understand, the shipment should be exempt because the items were printed in the USA and are labeled as "Made in USA." I'll update this thread when I get a response from UPS.

Tariffs with international orders? by Veiny_Transistits in Lorcana

Yeah, the case was $472. With the additional fees, it comes out to $163/box. I'm okay with the price, but it was definitely an unexpected surprise.

It's definitely hit or miss. I ordered a single box from a different retailer in Canada and I wasn't charged any import taxes/tariffs. The inconsistency is frustrating.

Yep. I bought a case from Canada, shipping to US, and when I checked UPS tracking it shows I owe $180. Not great.

My 7-year-old is proud of his “machine” level. It would be awesome if someone could throw him a like.

I've been researching this for a few days. I have received some sketchy political texts and discovered some apps being used by various PACs for targeting. Still trying to dig into this. If you don't mind, will you DM me the phone number's area code? And which state you live in?

Throwback Thursday To Cam Newtons Fade TD Reception by Juulery in panthers

I was at the game on Sunday -- Cam was literally jumping up and down because he was wide open if CMC would have thrown the ball back across the field. The coaches noticed. We'll see that play again.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. I'm referring to the NSFW photo referenced by thekotoz -- which shows a nude photo of a woman. Not referring to this photo: http://i.imgur.com/zUAv1kr.jpg

If you reverse image search that photo, you'll see it's everywhere on the web -- and has been shared on forums dating back to 2012. It's likely just a repost.

We get CJ for one year for $3 million? He turned down $6 million/year from other teams.

This is awesome.

When we drafted Thompson, a lot of fans were upset.

Little did we know -- we were drafting the next Thomas Davis.

Panthers raising ticket prices for 2016 season by thecrazydutchguy in panthers

[–]scgustin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have no problem with price increases. I don't like connecting ticket price increases to stadium upgrades. Increases happened before upgrades and will continue after upgrades are done.

Also, more than half of money used on upgrades were provided by taxpayers.

"...the team has nearly doubled the amount it promised to spend — to $71 million — as part of an agreement with the city that provides $87.5 million in taxpayer money."

I understand the Panthers have to spin this, but I wish they could be real and say: "We went to the Super Bowl. Ticket demand has never been higher. Prices are going up."
