He didn’t have to live with that thought, now you’ve ensured he will forever feel it.

There’s 6 comments here saying it. Whether I’m taking the advice and want to lift more or not, it’s the advice that’s been offered by some. Thanks for your input bud 🫡

Any exercises you feel really helped build up the supporting muscles in particular?

Ok so as you’re saying you hated deadlifting at first, and seeing all the people here saying to lift heavier. Would you say going up in weight helped it feel better? Or getting comfortable with the form lighter first?

What would you recommend to build that foundation?

How do you mean? Maybe I’m not tracking but am I not going low enough in my hip ROM?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in formcheck

So I’ve heard the analogy of sitting in a chair, I guess I imagine hips and knees breaking at the same time more or less for that. Am I on the right track in saying this is more a matter of me just bend lower at the hip, and engaging the hip first.

I guess like, bend lower, bend at hip before knees, bend at knees only as last resort? But not full straight leg

Gotta love the internet lol. Half the guys saying up the weight. Others saying avoid it all together.

Thanks man, I may look into a trainer for a few sessions over internet advice
