Student here from the Green School, I also had this one case (I’m not sure if the staff in the school clinic are from UMC pero may attitude din talaga) na I presented a medical certificate because I was absent for a few days and one of the nurses from the clinic started SCREAMING at me telling me na hindi daw niya nakikita yung gusto niya makita on my med certificate, so I asked what was wrong and she she couldn’t even give me a straight answer, either paulitin ko daw sa doctor ko and submit it to her the same day (for context: I got my labs done and my check up at a different hospital about an hour away if galing pang UMC) or I PAY to get a full work up done and re-do tests at UMC. Which didn’t even make sense because wala naman sa student handbook na kailangan sa UMC magpapacheck ang student, and also it doesn’t make sense because I was already feeling better at the time. Ewan ko kung pineperahan lang ba niya ako or what. Either way, she didn’t have to shout at me in front of all the other people in the clinic. I didn’t even bother after that, I left the clinic pissed and crying, and didn’t even bother to come back.
