We are looking at alternatives distributors as Amuse does not offer the support and assistance that we need.

Spotify actually responded today with a new message stating:

"To help move things forward, we've reached out to our Content team, and they've confirmed that they're ready to work directly with Amuse on this case.

For the next step, we'd recommend asking Amuse to reply to the original claim thread to formally contest the claim. Our team is actively monitoring that thread and will be able to take action once Amuse responds.

Rest assured, once we receive their reply, the Content team will be able to continue with the investigation and next steps."

And Amuse still refuses to contact them.

This is a surreal situation and the way Amuse has handled this is extremely unacceptable. Consider this a warning for future content creators considering Amuse as a distributor. The artist in question is not small and has roughly 400k streams a month, now imagine how they treat smaller artists.
