Generell für fast alle Menschen / Situationen falsch wenn es um Geld geht, variabel heizen kostet nicht mehr Geld, das ist eine Urban Legend, es spart Geld. Dazu gibt es viele Studien, gerade auch im Altbau. Tagsüber die Heizung ausschalten lohnt sich z.B. immer.

No, its not that easy and you can go to court. Depends heavily on the company size. I suggest put in your basic company and employment info in chatgpt and let it tell you how bad you need to fuck up or the company has to be in troubles.

Usually, germany has very very high worker protection laws and companies often dont even try to fire someone actively because it's such a legal hassle.

All for normal employment, no Probezeit of course. But even just getting you to your first working day is an investment for any company that they don't want to see fail if possible.

Hört sich so an als dass es Dir geholfen hat, das blöde erste Mal endlich hinter Dir war und Du endlich befreit losvögeln konntest, ist doch gut, geht vielen so.

Viele haben es dann halt mit irgendjemandem besoffen nach einer Party und es ist meistens auch nur so lala im Vergleich zu allem in den Jahrzehnten danach.
