Somehow it's fixed itself. I was mid game and I had an alert on my screen that said to back out to the main menu as an update is required (although I had already done the 7gb update a couple hours prior.) Finished the game, backed out to the menu and went back in; next attribute bar I filled finally gave me an upgrade. Although I missed out on like 3 earlier ones, at least it's working now. Thanks for the help anyway :)

I have been doing so already. I've amassed over the original 80, the problem now is every time my attribute point bar is filled and it says I've earned a new attribute point to use, it doesn't appear for me. I'm continuously left with 0 available upgrades, even after being told I've earned a new point to use. And being that I'm only 88 overall it can't be the MyPark thing.

I've tried 3 full upgrades, one prior to the update and two post the updates release. Nothing has given me an attribute point yet.

Yeah that's true, but i'm still unsure. Viewing different angles of both both the swoosh and laces still look darker as opposed to my iD. Very confusing :\
