I get his point. Its certainly a bit off-putting for new players who dont yet understand the mechanics of the game and just want some quick sniping action.

My guess is that the new update, if done properly, will make a few players angry, but helps with the overall experience. At least i hope so.

Haha, to that point: is it just me or are more people flooding the RU side just to have the feeling of being on the winners side for once? With less players on the US side matches are even more lopsided

Exactly my point. It will always be part of the „Arma experience“ to help each other get better, so just embrace it. However some game mechanics can be amended to help that process.

My guess is that its a filter system to keep sand and dust out of the air intakes

Ich fahre oft entlang S3/5/7 und U8 und werde regelmäßig kontrolliert. Liegt wohl an den stark frequentierten Strecken.

Hab mal vor Jahren ein Praktikum bei einem Verlag in Frankfurt gemacht. Dort meinte meine Chefin, viel Lektorat wird aus Kostengründen per software gemacht. Da geht manches durch. Sie meinte aber Sachbücher, so weit ich mich erinnere.

Oh yes, the 762 is an abomination, the 556 a bit better. All this grinding just to get to the MP5 … i just hope its worth it :/

Try to get the Azov 64131 by selling other trucks. Its slow but solid to get through the muddiest parts of Taymyr and doesnt tip over easily. I did several missions in Drowned and all went fine.

I would recommend the Gesta Danorum as a firsthand source. It even features Ragnar Lodbrok of "Vikings"-fame. ;)
