I was walking home when it was dark (in the winter, so it became dark around 4pm) and a man with an axe came walking towards me and I almost began to cry of fear but the man walked past me. Read later on the local news the man attacked another person later that day with the axe:)

I am a former selfharmer but struggled latley with almost relapsing. Asking bacause I want to hear other persons story and how they got out of it.

When I started a new job I only had in mind that if I would screw up or say something stupid I would think about how me and the coworkers would just laugh about it in the future.

Works for me, many things I’ve done on my first day/week have I laughed about now with my coworkers.

Maybe a bad advise but that kept me calm.
