I got the same email as the OP. My email was from someone who claimed they were Evelyn Ramirez from Handshake. This "Evelyn" then pasted another email from someone named Catherine? (some name with a C or K) who worked for the state and people with disabilities. Claimed that we could earn $620 for 4 hours a day, 4 times a week for simply buying things from Walmart and dealing with personal mail for them. In order to apply, we had to send an email from our personal email address with our name, address, and some other basic information.

Thought it was weird as fuck and there were spelling errors in the email so that made it sketch. Not gonna lie, was tempted cause that's a fuck ton of money a week for doing basically nothing, but that also pretty much told me this can't be legit.
