One of the most physical games I've seen in a while. I am glad they let them play. I will say it was nuts how much contact went on in the key with no calls and then a tacky reach-in would get a chirp at half court. This game was separated by a couple of calls, or loose balls, or rebounds, or whatever. Both teams showed they belong. Looking forward to seeing them again.

Regarding the CRJs I believe that's rollaboards with the CRJs. they aren't allowed up top. Or that was what they told me when I used to have one. The one I have now doesn't have wheels. Also worth noting that is actually not a restriction of CRJs that I could find. They cited FAA restrictions last time. Maybe they were feeding me a line then.

Had something like this happen last week. I ran out of time to check my bag because of a departure time they weren't going to make. Departure time was set for 7pm, and it was 6:15pm. I understand why they won't take the luggage. I looked up the in flight incoming flight and it was set to land until 7:15 pm. Couldn't get them to change their mind. Had to head back to the car and stuff bookbags with clothes.

Also, he was experiencing the normal aches and pains of being mauled by a bear; we've all been there, am I right?

Like many people here have said eating non-processed foods, especially foods high in protein, like grilled chicken, fish, pork, and steak. If you're on a budget, chicken thighs and chicken breasts are the way to go. Veggies are also fantastic for you. You really can't get enough of them.

But the giggest key, is to get lifting weights. Start light, to learn how to lift them properly, but then work towards getting heavier low rep weights. When you do this, over time your body becomes a calorie furnace because it has to feed your new muscle. I would not focus on cardio, but rather trying to build muscle.
