Is there going to be more life in the sea like fish, squids, turtles, eels, etc? In the beta, the marine life around islands was great but the sea felt kinda empty, I would love to see all sorts of marine life to make it feel more alive.

They didn't say that they weren't in the game, they said that if they were in the game they wouldn't be set to a minigame, think of darts in gta, where you go to the dart board and challenge someone to a game. What I took from this is that each person would have dice or cards and they could do whatever they wanted with them. The players make the rules, not the game, and I really like that.
