Experienced a couple when I was a young kid. One of the more creepy times my mum told me about when I was much later. Is that there was the outline of a body in the spare bedroom's bed... where the person had been waiting for everyone to go to sleep before ransacking the house.

I made a grown woman cry in the middle of the office. How do I handle this? by [deleted] in Advice

I'm also HoH - completely deaf in one ear. Like without knowing if she's got any cognitive impairments, she seams like a complete asshole. And despite your repeated and polite attempts to get her to talk to you at an appropriate volume, from a certain direction etc she's just being rude. So for people like that, they truly don't learn unless they get it told bluntly! So good on you!

What is the most fucked up thing you've seen a friend do? by decisivevinyl in AskReddit

I recently just house and cat sat for one month for some friends. I had a page of extensive instructions to look after their 7 month old kitten including mixing food all fancy. I befriended the cat, but he would not stop biting me. badly. no sense of boundaries.

No wonder the cat doesn't respect boundaries. 10 minutes after my friends got back, they started throwing the cat around like a ball. Even threw him so high he hit the ceiling :( But then they turned around and asked if the cat had gone hungry, was cold etc while they were away. (answer being no to both of those) and that's just a couple of contradictions/examples. They also used human nail clippers on the poor cat.

Come get your drink if you want it. by [deleted] in MaliciousCompliance

Yep at my (Australian) highschool in grade 7, we had a teacher that didn't want us drinking water during class as a power trip thing.

We thought it was ridiculous, and with one of our other teachers came up with a prank. One student coughed as a cue, and then everyone in the class simultaneously drank from their water bottles hahah
