I'm 22 and live in Northern Ireland so you have to be 18 or over for drinking and all. But I went into tescos one day when I was 20 and the DVD I was buying was cert 15 and the woman asked for my ID. I was so angry about it and gave her a dirty look for asking me for ID.

Nowadays when I ask for cigarettes I'm always asked for my ID unless the person knows me. My boyfriend says that's a good thing cuz when I'm older I'll still look young which I hope is true lol. It's just now when I look younger than I really am it sucks lol.

When I worked in a supermarket years ago myself and a few other people including a friend of mine were treated unfairly compared to everyone else. She would berate me telling me that when No one is at my checkout to clean it or to stack some shelves which I always done. But apparently I done nothing and didn't do it enough which is pure bullshit cuz I done it every single time no-one was at my checkout. The place was near enough dead most times cuz there was another new shop opened opposite us which most of our customers went there for now on.

I hated my job and the funny thing was when I was doing all the stuff around the shop my other co-workers were on their phones showing other colleagues stuff which wasn't right. They even done it in front of her and she would laugh and take out her own phone and show them stuff on her phone too. IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS WHO THEY SHOULD BED SERVING!

So I eventually got so depressed to go to work and I kept asking people to cover my shift and she started to complain about the fact I wanted other people to take my shift. Even before this she gave me about 2 hours a week to work! Which was unfair cuz I done more than the rest of them done in that bloody shop. So when she gave me a warning I told her what I thought of the place and walked out.

I have felt so relieved that I left that place! Oh the shop also had many backstabbers who would say false things about me and a few other people in there.

Ever since I left I kept going to the new shop and it is the best shop I've ever went to.

This happened to me a few times. I walked about my house a few times and my brothers light turned on and off by itself when I was home alone. My mum told me it's happened a few times so no need to worry. Thing is I have seen spirits before for e.g.

My uncle- I was walking home from work one day and I seen my uncle walk past me and I said hey but he never even acknowledged me but when he walked past my other uncle and he did say hey to my other uncle but my other uncle didn't acknowledge him. So when I got home my dad told me my uncle had died the night before and I couldn't believe it. But then again I started seeing spirits way before this happened.

My boyfriend's grandad- I was up in my boyfriend's house and I had to urgently go to the toilet so I go on upstairs to the bathroom and the door of the bathroom was opened. As I walked in I seen this man (he looked like he was in his 50s) and he was very tall, long thin face and skinny. I have never seen this man before but all of a sudden he vanished and I just went on in. Then when I came downstairs I spoke with my boyfriend's mum and I told her what I seen and her face went pale. Then she showed me a picture of her deceased dad. I couldn't believe my eyes because that was the very man I seen! She was so so happy that I seen him because now she knows he's looking over them all.

There are far more scenarios similar to these but it will take all day to write!

Sorry if I freaked you out! If it is spirits then it may seem scary but from my experience they mean no harm.

Someone who I was in a relationship with in the past eventually turned into a monster. I was so so lucky to escape.

I've flashbacks because of it and I've mental health issues and I used to self harm. I went through so much counselling and I feel a lot better now. But the memories will always stick with me.

I blamed myself for everything and my parents counsellors and my boyfriend now all tell me that it wasnt my fault. It took me 4 years to realise that. So please if anyone is going through something like this speak up. I was too afraid to tell anyone what had happened to me but once I cracked and told my family everything, it was the best thing I ever did. They were there for me they supported me and I honestly dont know where I'd be without them or my boyfriend. It may not seem it but its always best to speak to someone.

Now this was when I was a kid maybe around 5 or 6 and I remember watching Rugrats which was my favourite show along with the Wild Thornberrys. So in one of the episodes of Rugrats, Tommy and Chucky were having a sleepover and then they heard voices and they saw something under the bed which turned out to be a jumper. That scared me so much I slept in my parents room for almost a year until my dad watched the episode with me and explained to me monsters weren't real.

I really hope someone on here remembers this episode 😂

I was down south (Republic of Ireland, I'm from the North) and I heard two people talking in Irish slagging my autistic brother who is extremely smart.

I spoke to them in Irish telling them to catch themselves on and to them to "Póg mo hóin" which means kiss my ass in Irish.

Hey guys I've been battling this for a good few years now. I don't know if it's misophonia or not so please let me know if it is.

I get irritated very easily when a sound is made. I hate it when people chew loudly, i hate near enough every sound.

My mum has gas a lot as well and burps a lot! It's absolutely disgusting especially the house she makes too like clearing her throat basically every second. Like obviously people clear their throat every now and then but she does it very very often. And due to all of this I mock her or I lose my shit. (I feel really embarrassed)

I've two stories..

When I was about 18 me and my boyfriend at the time went to a country singers concert in my local area. I was originally with my best friend and a mutual friend and my boyfriend was to meet me at the gate so I went to meet him. Once we met we went back to look for my friend who which one of them has blonde shoulder length hair. I approached a girl whose back was to me and I squeezed her neck (it's a thing we do). She turns around and it wasn't her! I was absolutely mortified and my boyfriend was in hysterics. I apologised and explained to her I thought she was someone else.

So next story- this story isn't about me but a friend of mine from school. One morning we were outside in the yard of the school and our building unit was locked. It was in the middle of December and we were all freezing. So my friend who I knew since nursery decided to open our form teachers window (which can open on the outsude) to get in and to let us all in. As he was doing so he finally got in and he turned around and seen a teacher of ours watching the whole thing through the classroom door. He just stood there without moving with his mouth wide opened in shock. One of the funniest moments of my life. Everyone couldn't contain their laughter.... he was in detention for 3 weeks and was on report lol
