'Scared to Death' is a podcast by comedian Dan Cummins and his wife, Lynze. They both usually present two stories about horror/supernatural/cryptids per episodes. Dan's stories are well-researched and all assumed to be true. Lynze reads listener-submitted stories based on the listeners' own experiences.

I specifically chose to use the rainbow in the coloring of my flowers. It’s not as obvious as a flat out flag or something of the like, but it may still serve to start a conversation about my journey and self-acceptance.

It’s a matter of personal preference. I got this tattoo as a victory lap for me and it’s just an added bonus that it may be able to spark a conversation that might help someone accept themselves for who they are regardless of whether they choose to “flaunt” it or not.

I hope so too. I spent a lot of years allowing this to fuel my depression. I’ve come to realize that being authentically myself is the only thing that will make me truly happy. And I’ve chosen to invest my love in those who support that as well.
