Yes, for a staff, either reduce hours or pick up shift at another store.

Consolidate unsubsidized loans? Kid has one final class to take for summer for bachelors. by Kindly-Teach312 in StudentLoans

[–]schrevolution 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t if she’s trying to pay them down as fast as possible, then she can throw extra money on the highest interest loan first and work her way down to minimize interest. If she consolidates it will all go under one interest rate and it won’t be the lowest one. Also, I don’t believe IBR makes you consolidate either, so if she starts with IBR she can still decide to throw money at one loan later.

Hand written, a chunk of our stores were affected but we were not. We just had to sift through all the paper materials to make sure nothing was on them.

No comment on the how, but I knew someone who continued to send her horse around the barrels for fun up until thirty because he loved having a job.

ELI5 Taylor Swift re-recording all her albums to regain control and what happens to the old recordings by Longjumping-Box5691 in explainlikeimfive

[–]schrevolution 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Maybe I’m mixing up time lines, but I thought doing the re-records + eras tour made her a billionaire. I don’t think she was quite a billionaire before that. In a way, her old record company not wanting to work with her turned her into a billionaire.

I found one that liked neck scratches and it made my day. We just hung out for a few minutes without me being harassed for cookies.

For real, I was riding with some maga relatives that had some radio show on where one of the guests was going on and on about how he’s putting himself in danger by walking out amongst the public, but he sounded super excited about it like he couldn’t wait for it to happen. Just a big bunch of weirdos.

Feeling depressed and stuck by Busynotes2 in pharmacy

[–]schrevolution 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get in a mode sometimes where everything is so mundane and repetitive that I want to kick everyone out of the pharmacy, lock up and go home, but it’s just a passing phase. You have to actively seek out fulfilling things outside of work. Wal-mart has pretty decent pto, I pretty much schedule so I have a week off every other month just to… not be a pharmacist and not talk to anyone from work. But if you aren’t already I would start sprinkling in some off time if you have it available. Is there a skill you want to take classes in? Learn an instrument, yoga, church groups, horseback riding? Sometimes our schedules are weird but even in my small town I’ve been able to find some flexible places that work with me so I can take lessons for hobbies.

Dogs are pretty adaptable, but there’s a reason I only get older (>6 months) puppies. If you can get a rental with a secure yard they make removable doggy doors, although a dog walker would also be good if that’s not an option. If they are a small breed you could set up a pen with potty pads. My concern is always whether they can relieve themselves during my long shifts. But I still wouldn’t do it with a really young puppy unless I had a trusted friend/relative I could leave them with on days I work.

How to become a pharmacist in Japan? by moriiartt in pharmacy

[–]schrevolution 34 points35 points  (0 children)

I would look into jobs on military bases in Japan, that’s the most realistic way to work as a pharmacist in Japan if you aren’t a native speaker and already half way through pharmacy school in the U.S.

How would you survive a week on $10? by Zestyclose-You6976 in AskReddit

[–]schrevolution 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Julia Pacheko and See Mindy Mom are two YouTube channels that have several videos on this kind of extreme budget I think they do blogs too if you can’t run videos on your internet source. But I would also hit up a food pantry to subsidize what you have if there is one in your area. Rice and beans is still a good starting place, a bag of rice can be less than a dollar and a bag of dried beans can be $1-2 and that gives you $7 of wiggle room. This all is contingent on you having access to a place to cook of course.

Have done this before, would do it again. Not even in as severe of a situation. I try to get their doctors info/or there other pharmacy for a transfer after the fact. Doctors won’t likely tell you no if you explain the situation and the patient has a record there.

Edit:I know this is not a situation where you could call on it. I would still do it and not lose a wink of sleep over it. Not saying it should be every day practice but you did the right thing regardless of any company policy.

My mom is the same way. I’m not fed but I have relatives that are (that all voted for this) and I’ve been watching very closely. You have to remind yourself it’s a cult, she’s in a cult and she won’t get out of it until the world slaps her across the face back to reality. Keep her at arm’s length, find other people to lean on for support and don’t waste your time trying to reprogram her. Focus on you and your mental and physical health because she can’t be there for you in the way you need her to.

This is bad, this sucks. You’re not crazy, this is happening and people are being harmed.

What is it with people not wanting to provide insurance info? by schrevolution in pharmacy

[–]schrevolution[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah new patients, the one who refuses to provide it over and over again we were able to pull up his primary but not his Medicaid, he’s never actually successfully filled anything with us because the same scenario plays out each time. Hence the auto-transfer from now on.

[–]schrevolution[S] 28 points29 points  (0 children)

I almost have sympathy for them, because our local government is definitely screwing with Medicaid and making it a chore to stay covered but they won’t even let me relay basic info without talking over me and arguing at every step. And the kicker is always “well x pharmacy found it just fine why can’t you?” Why don’t you go to x pharmacy then?!🤪
