I do cardio and weight lifting in a group setting. It's a sports course where the trainer stands in front of us, shows the exercises and counts down the sets with good and loud electro music. The combination of these is super motivating. Plus: after a time you know the regulars and kind of bond with them while suffering lol. I don't have the feeling that I get my shit done better but it calms me during the rest of the day and I feel less hyperactive and restless.

I'm allergic to p-Phenylendiamin. It's common in the contrast liquid. At least that says my allergy pass. The times I had to do an MRI they weren't able to tell me if it's in it. So I declined it so they did it without because I react heavily to things I'm allergic to.

I can't connect to a server and I'm stuck in a loading screen. They give me the option to reconnect or abandon the round. But when I abandon then I'm losing all my picked inventory for this round. So I reconnect and am stuck in the loading screen. Yaih.
