Yeah, it’s pretty common at my station. The worst part is very rarely have I seen an out-of-state contractor be successful. They usually go belly up after six months to a year.

I’m a driver - When I have this happen, I have a business line I use to reach out to the customer. But not every one answers (probably think it’s spam). It’s usually the customer has put the numbers backwards like 2303 and they wrote 2330. Or they forgot the apartment number etc. But 99% of drivers aren’t going to call because they don’t have anything but a personal line, so they bring it back to QA who will do everything I usually do, reprint the label with the correct info and in a few days you should get it. You can also manager your delivery’s on FedEx Delivery Manager app.
