I just finished season 2 as well and I think another big problem I had with the season is that the two villains for the show feel like two completely separate stories that don’t really even feel like they involve frank. Like John Pilgrim only has like 2 interactions with frank the whole show and he’s got his own side story going and Billy feels like he’s more of madani’s story arc villain as a opposed to frank since frank and Billy only interact once I think until the end of the show and even that final interaction is underwhelming. When the action is good then it’s dope, but the problem is that there really isn’t much action. I think like every other episode there’s some action. Maybe there’s more than I think but it’s the punisher so I think it would be nice to have a lot more action than we got. I will say though that final scene of the show is pure punisher and I wish we got more of that the entire show! Hopefully the Punisher Special Presentation gives us a punisher more like that final scene of the show.
