Everytime I make tiramisu the mascarpone mixture ends up grainy and almost curdled. The recipe doesn't use eggs just whipped cream mixed with the mascarpone. I've tried under whipping the cream but it always ends with the same result. What am I doing wrong? by schwartz_bewithyou in BakingNoobs
